Meet the requirements of supervision and operation of the Hanoi Electricity Dispatch Center for 110 / 220kV substations and lay the foundation for the development of the DMS distribution grid management system. DMS features and data at the central node are built to ensure the dispatching unit operates the entire 110kV grid and distribution grid, replacing the current outdated hard diagram;
New control panel software has been equipped to meet the needs of exploitation and operation, continuous operation, ease of use, easy to upgrade, maintain, friendly interface.
The project was completed with a total investment of about 18 billion Vietnam Dong.
